Title: Computer Network Administrator

Specific Skills:
Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks and computer workstations and peripheral equipment, Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software, Load computer tapes and disks and install software and printer paper and forms, Provide training and problem-solving services to network users, Implement data, software and hardware security procedures, Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records, Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations, Set up local area networks and connections to the internet, Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance, Modify web pages, applets and scripts), Design, create and maintain IR Database by collecting and documenting IR information.

Title: Country Manager - Central Africa

Our company, a junior mining company focussed on gold exploration, has a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced Resident Country Manager in the capital city, in French-speaking Central Africa.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Report to the Chief Operating Officer,
• Main focus in on Finance, Administration, Legal, HR and Operations
• Full responsibility for financial activities - including payroll and purchasing
• Achieve financial goals and objectives (in accordance with company strategies and policies) and ensure compliance by employees
• Implement and improve appropriate internal control procedures
• Ensure cost effectiveness utilization and safeguard of company resources.
• Additionally, the incumbent will also have the responsibility to oversee Human Resources, Administration and site related issues (such as community projects).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Financial Management experience in the exploration or mining environment
• Post Secondary education an asset
• Strong cost control management
• Bilingual French-English
• African experience an asset
