Malcolm J.A. Swallow, B.Sc.(Hons) Mining Engineering, FIMMM, P.Eng.
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Malcolm Swallow has spent the last 30 years building up mine construction and operating experience. He is experienced in both precious and base metals,while at the same time managing the corporate affairs of a number of London and Toronto listed companies. He has extensive experience in evaluation and development of operations from green fields sites through exploration, planning, permitting, feasibility and financing, to construction into production, whilst integrating the mining operations into non-mining communities.
Michel Cormier, M.Sc, B.Sc, GEOL. ENG.

Michel is a francophone bilingual geological engineer with a proven track record in gold and base metals exploration and discovery, development and mining. Michel's most recent employment has been as Director of Geology for SEMAFO Inc in West Africa. In addition he has worked on construction and opening of a gold mine in Guinea and also in Niger. Earlier in his career, he worked for Placer Dome as Chief Geologist at Kiena and Sigma Mines in Val-d'Or, Quebec and also for Falconbridge where he worked as Chief Geologist on the discovery and development of the Lac Shortt gold Mine.
Glen R.Watson
Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Development
Glen Watson has been a corporate communications and marketing consultant for over 20 years. He is experienced at marketing, financing public companies and communicating their message to the investment community.
William (Bill) Morton M.Sc, B.Sc, P.Geo.
Director
Bill Morton has over 30 years as a professional geologist and has consulted and been employed by several major mining companies. Since 1987 he has been an officer and director of Eastfield Resouces as well as Wild Rose Resources.

With over 10 years in the financial service industry, he is responsible for
corporate and financial compliance.
Donald Gee
Director
Donald Gee has over 28 years of experience as a chartered accountant in private and public company management and consulting. He was the principal founder of Gee & Company Chartered Accountants, a successful Vancouver public accounting firm. Mr. Gee currently serves as a key executive and director in several publicly listed resource companies. His recent past positions were chief financial officer for a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed gaming company (revenues greater than $100-million) and financial adviser to a national aerospace company (revenues greater than $72-million). His chief strengths include the ability to identify, develop and implement successful corporate strategies. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Dr. Francois Bodika
Director
Dr. Bodika is a professor of thoracic surgery and a Congolese resident. He has been actively involved over many years in the Congolese mineral industry and is the founding partner of Wa Balengela Kasai Investments Congo SPRL, La Quinta's partner in Congo on its major gold exploration program and the underlying licenceholder for the 7,000-square-kilometre gold exploration project in the Maniema South Kivu gold belt.
